As leaders, we've all experienced many journeys, some smooth, some rough and off the beaten path. When we reflect on our journey, we often find that we learned the most trudging and finding our way through the forest. STEM transformation for our staff and students is much the same. If we provide support and encouragement throughout the process, they will discover that there can be joy in the journey, even when the path isn't clear.

Our STEM work mirrors this because we are looking at old practices, implanting new, stretching staff and taking them in directions we haven't.
