Tbh it’s quite possible for a person to change their entire personality due to a traumatic response. So that’s up to you weather you want to change it not, after all it’s you decision to make

For question 7 ah, a bit hard to say. Tho I would also say to be yourself but now when I think of it, you don’t really have to “be yourself” due to who you’re with. So you CAN be yourself, but to those you feel comfortable with, if it’s the opposite just try to idk, act natural??? I’m now too sure myself but whatever you do kinda reflects on you in general?
