         <description><![CDATA[<div>Talking Points is useful for teachers, but not necessarily the same for parents; use when have to communicate if kids have to leave early for appointments, provides that opportunity rather than end of day<br><br></div><div>Other parents have said they read the text but don’t realize they can reply and create chat thread<br><br></div><div>Not sure if using other platforms; in 1<sup>st</sup> and 2<sup>nd</sup> grade told can send emails and leave voicemails but won’t necessarily get them until end of day so defeats the purpose if time sensitive communication is needed<br><br></div>]]></description>
