Students get in class practice of content by practicing more questions that are ranging from simple to complex to challenging. The unfamiliar situations come when a couple of topics are combined or real life situations are modeled. The students can choose amongst situations to explain their task which is assessed by Criteria. For example, this time the MYP 4 Ext. were introduced to unfamiliar situations by giving them 3 real life situations, out of which one should be modeled in their Summative.
