         <description><![CDATA[<p>Have had a great career. I became engineer by choice and worked for first 7 years in infrastructure setup (network engineer, project manager, program manager). After a cross Atlantic move (due to personal reason), restarted my job in cybersecurity 15 years back. I recently moved cities (for my husband job) and I am having a lot of difficulty finding an appropriate position. Please advise.</p>]]></description>

Once I get to the interview stage, I'm confident I can draw those connections for them. But especially with AI reading resumes, how do I make sure I'm not instantly discarded? </p>]]></description>
