2) The US doesn't have the same welfare system as some europian countries. There's a bigger different between rich and poor people in the US. Therefore there's a bigger a bigger lower class, who doesn't have the same options and abilities as the upper class.

2) Germany and france dont have the same rate of poverty as in the US, and in the areas with more poverty the childbirth giving by teeneagers is much more frequent

3) Many black and hispanic people live in poverty dont have the ressources to get an abortion. 2) People are more religious in the US than Germany and France and therefore they probably don't believe in abortion. (Better education) 

3) Many of the hispanic-black girls live in a vulnerable culture and environment. They’re not as protected and watched by their parents and has a big cultural difference. The way of raising children among the hispanic-black culture also sticks out.
