Some ways to approach the employee in a civil way are by:<br><br>-Give a verbal warning regarding issue at hand<br><br>- Document the issue and when the subject was reviewed with employee.<br><br>-Get the employee to commit to changing his/her behavior.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When terminating an employee, it is wise to consider the employees situation and have some consideration as to how they may be feeling.<br><br>Some actions to keep in mind are:<br><br>-Do not humiliate a worker publicly<br><br>-Be sure to check with HR (if decideing to hire) before terminating an employee<br><br>-Allow the emloyee to tell his/ her sode pf the story.<br><br>-Always be prepared with what will be said and done during the termination. (Have all your info together, including examples and references relating to situations that occurred with employees.)</div>]]></description>
