1. In early childhood development and learning, Vygotsky's theory is essential by allowing this balance and regulation of a child's behavior. In addition, it allows the child to ultimately become independent learners. If you teach a child to become an independent learner, then the child will be able to complete tasks on their own and be more reliant on themselves.
2. Vygotsky's theory relates to the quote "Development cannot be separated from its social context" in many different ways. The two actually coincide, allowing the child to develop ways to learn what is right and wrong. Furthermore, the child will also learn about independently thinking things through. Without Vygotsky's theory, teachers will not effectively educate children from different backgrounds to become independent thinkers
