         <title>During his reign until 1640, only the Kingdom of Catile had contributed money to the crown, and as they were showing signs of exhaustion, such as delaying payments and giving the requested amount or giving teh money on time but in a smaller amount. For this fact, The valid of the king, the count-duke of Olivares, asked to the others Kingdoms for money. On these dates there will be differences between the Crown and the kingdoms of: Catalonia, Andalusia and Portugal. This event  was called: The crisis of 1640. It was the most serious political crisis that  the Spanish Monarchy of the Habsburgs experienced since  it was about to end it,  in fact, the secession of the Kingdom of Portugal took place there.</title>
