Since 2014 the Department of Justice has been prevented from prosecuting medical marijuana businesses due to to the amendments proposed by Rep. Dana Rohrabacher. With the Attorney General Jeff Sessions letter to Congress which demands Roharbacher's amendments not to be included in this years budget. Now the House blocked a vote that would have allowed Rohrabacher's amendments. Nowhere in the constitution is there mention of restriction on drugs so this decision should be left to the state.

This country was built on the concept to limit the power of the central government, to give the people the power to decide. So I agree with the state to decide wither or not to legalize recreational marijuana. The Federal government should focus on laws involving the Constitution and interpreting it. The rest should be left to the states and the people residing in them.
