Dana Rohrabacher. With the Attorney General Jeff Sessions letter to Congress which demands Roharbacher's amendments not to be included in this years budget. Now the House blocked a vote that would have allowed Rohrabacher's amendments. So I agree with the state to decide wither or not to legalize recreational marijuana. The Federal government should focus on laws involving the Constitution and interpreting it.
