An example of a lesson learned for an interpreter could be when interpreter accepted an assignment without researching the subject matter. During the session, they encountered industry-specific vocabulary they were unfamiliar with, leading to misinterpretations and confusion.

Lesson learned: to hear in a more asertive way, my colleagues and specialists when providing feedback, in order to create a personal SWOT that will be useful for me and can be read by others. Every single day is an opportunity to learn and improve.
