Can we discuss language around the new platform and subscription fee? Can it be reframed as a service fee to better represent that it encompasses all of the behind the scenes work customers are paying for, rather than just the BL Connect/BL Hub subscription? Some could come back and say that they would rather not purchase the subscription, so framing it as a service fee could prevent that.

I'm struggling to demonstrate value for our Integrated Insights through our current decks. Can we continue to share feedback we are hearing in discovery meetings, from Abl customer meetings, and surface quotes/key findings/slides that lead to good convo, etc.?

Are we working on a pre-recorded demo of the Abl platform/scheduling tools? This would be helpful for post-discovery follow-up. A one-pager or slide highlighting scheduling tools would be helpful as well.

I was asked for a roundup of "scheduling best practices". I understand Abl has a whitepaper that's being refreshed, maybe a blog post would be worthwhile. In terms of internal PL, I think a discussion around schedule types and scheduling best practices w/samples of common challenges would be super helpful.

I would still love to get a slide from Marketing that shows our new full ecosystem of services, including Abl/Integrated Insights/Scheduling in addition to PL.
