This is actually a combo for both the books and the movies. I enjoyed the fantasy worlds that these books provided and they brought me to another place. I always had a very lively imagination and this series fueled that more. It was also the first book that I watched the movies right after finishing the series and it was exactly as I had pictured it all when reading it. It helped me understand the story telling process.

It kept me constantly enthralled throughout and it continued my love for series of books. The movies brought to life that experience again and still to this day I love watching the movies with my parents during Christmas time. I look forward to it every year.

Now at the beginning of my high school education I was super against everything reading. So I turned to more tv shows and movies. One of them being The Office. I think this show set up the basis of my humor. It kept me entertained at all times. I went through a bit of a low point Freshman and Sophomore year but this show helped me feel a little better when I needed it.

The characters in this show all balance each other out so well and all add such personality to the show. I love watching the interactions between them all. It does a wonderful job of mixing humor with truly meaningful life moments.

Now getting into Senior year. This is where I rekindled my love for reading by discovering my favorite author as of right now. Beach Read by Emily Henry showed me that reading can still be fun. The characters were well rounded, all with a unique personality of their own. I enjoyed the Rom Com feel and to this day I continue to read her books. They keep me reading and once I start I can't find the time to stop.

Another one of my favorite authors is Colleen Hoover. Verity introduced me to my love of a thriller. While I know I have always loved horror movies this was the first book that actually kept me on my toes. I had never had an other pull me in with anticipation and then genuinely create such a creepy environment where I am almost scared to continue. At the same time I can't stop but keep reading on.

Ending it off with the latest book I have finished. Book Lovers is the most recent book written by Emily Henry so I though it was the perfect way to end off the timeline. I continue reading her books including the one I am reading right now, People We Meet On Vacation. This book continued my love for Emily Henry and I can't wait to see what she has in store for future stories.
