- if you have registered with a non-Gmail address, please write to your facilitator in the subgroup and let us know your gmail address, so we can resend the channel invitation link

2. Check channel invitation email in your spam folder
- if you do not see it in your inbox, please check if it goes into the spam folder

3. Click on the "Accept Invitation" button in your invitation email via LAPTOP/PC
- if you accept the invitation via phone, it will not work

4. Click OK when there is a pop-up message prompting you to switch channel
- it will not work if you reject the channel switching

5. Log in Youtube with right gmail account when you click on the link to watch
- Some users do not log into Youtube, and some users log in with another email account (not the one that you used to accept channel invitation)

We have to use this sharing method as we want to limit the video access to users with registered email addresses, instead of a private link that can be shared widely. 

Also channel sharing limits the need to share multiple private links for different recordings. We appreciate your understanding.
