The consequences and ethical implications of the decisions need to be considered beforehand.

  Although Certain decisions may harm a section of the society, political leaders have to look at the overall positive impact.

  Political leaders also have to look at the difference between equality and equity in some situations.

However,  if a party is exercising unethical practices such as violence, discrimination, abuse of power that directly harm the public, it is the duty of the UN to make the country leaders aware of the consequences and international rules. 

UN bodies such as the HRC and WHO, play an active role in maintaining equality and working for the benefit of all global citizens. The AIPPM is a mock UN body created to illustrate the workings of the Indian politicas.

The WHO has laid out various guidelines to combat the covid-19 pandemic that are to be enforced in every country by its leaders. This body has the right to interfere if the leaders of the nation do not enforce or follow the guidelines. For civil disobedience to be regarded as justified, people must recognize the validity of higher moral principles and the right of the individual conscience to disobey a law it considers immoral.

However, as politics becomes more corrupt political judgments are made to benefit a particular demographic group or the private sector. These immoral judgements are sometimes covered up by using means of propaganda or bribes.
