Aside point/own reflection - we are often student-centric, but perhaps it is also important to think ahead as ultimately, actions/decisions that impact teachers will cascade down and impact students.

Growth mindset among staff n student， emphasize on growth instead

Butterfly Effect Mindset - aware of starting conditions , creating opportunities n trusting oneself

Applies to people, decisions, outcomes. Being aware of possible implications but also brave enough to go ahead after thinking through the decision.
