There would be no diversity, no new ideas, and no different perspectives on how we all see the world and how we think. If technology and science took over our lives how would we have art, music, literature, and different ways to view the world if science and technology took over the way we think and feel. So no I don't think science and technology should be used to change the way humans learn, think, or feel.
