Food Fair Agenda
KDU Food Fare Agenda

Date : March 14, 2017

Time : 10am to 11.30am

Location : KDU Penang University College, Room 314

Objectives : To discuss about the management and foods that will be sold.

Aim : raise fund for KDU Penang University College



1. Introduction (5 mins)

The manager will explain the reason the meeting was to be held, the objectives and the aim for having this food fair.



2. Planning(20minutes)

Start by coming up with a name for this event followed by the time, venue and date including the budget. Then organizing teams for each section for example, tickets management, treasurer, photographer, music manager, cleaning and stalls manager. 



3. Designing(20minutes)

Come up with ideas for the posters, banners, tickets, T-shirts, pamphlets, websites and social media content. Organise all the supporting documents needed incase  you’re wanting sponsors for the event. Deciding on a theme for the event. ( colour code) 



4. Organizing(30minutes)

Distribution of task to individuals ( Student Department, HR, Lecturers ) . Placing a floor manager to be on a constant check  on each department. Counting the number of stalls and confirming whether the food served is appropriate for example halal since the food fair must be respectful to all races.



5. Equipment(15minutes)

The number of chairs and tables that will be used and where they should be placed will be discussed and drawn on a piece of paper for planning. The stereo system will be placed in the KDU foyer as people would be able to request for songs. Each song requested, there will be a charge of RM1.



6. Rehearse(30 mins)

All departments gather one day before the event to make sure everything is in placed and organised.
