Soy Noemi Vigil-Reyes. Nací en Oaxaca, México y me mudé a los Estados Unidos a los 2 años. Crecí en el Condado de Sonoma. Asistí a la Universidad Estatal de Sonoma y me gradué con una licenciatura en psicología. Después de graduarme trabajé en mi alma mater y me enamoré de la enseñanza. Disfruto trabajar con estudiantes en el desarrollo de habilidades lingüísticas, pero lo más importante es que me encanta compartir mi cultura y aprender más sobre otras culturas también. ¡Este es mi primer año enseñando en CJSHS y me encanta hacer conexiones con los estudiantes!


Hi there! I am Noemi Vigil-Reyes. I was born in Oaxaca, Mexico and moved to the United States when I was 2 years old. I grew up in Sonoma County. I attended Sonoma State University and graduated with a BA in psychology. After graduating I worked at my alma mater and fell in love with teaching. I enjoy working with students on language skills development, but most importantly, I love sharing my culture and learning more about other cultures as well.
