For example, on page 62, the color blocking changes to predominantly white, to shaded with an black, and the characters eyes bulge out of their head to show the fear in them. This happens multiple times throughout the book. It really emphasizes how jews had to run and hide from the germans hunting them, like mice fleeing from cats. It also emphasizes how it seemed to the jews that they were powerless and couldn’t fight the germans, just like how a mouse is powerless against the germans. It has been serialized in Shueisha’s shōnen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump since March 2018, with its chapters collected and published in 21 tankōbon volumes as of December 2022. The story follows high school student Itadori Yuji as he joins a secret organization of Jujutsu Sorcerers to eliminate a powerful Curse named Ryomen Sukuna, of whom Yuji becomes the host. To begin, the series provides action, adventure, and comedy with a dash of drama and mystery to spice up the plot.  Jujutsu Kaisen, like any other shonen series, features plenty of fights and action-packed rivalries that amp up the tension. The pacing in Jujutsu Kaisen is perfect. The story is told through the view of female characters, but I really wish Cal had another conversation with Evangeline, since they are basically parallel characters. She starts of the series as a villain, being Mare’s rival. We don’t see much of her in Glass Sword, but when we do, she’s only trying to kill our protagonists. However, in King’s Cage, we learn more about her. It is revealed that she has a secret girlfriend, most of what drives her is protecting her loved ones. In War Storm, she joins an alliance with Mare, and helps show us the the system also hurts silvers. Jenna’s parents do serve as antagonists, but their motivations are understandable, and in many stories would be considered good actions. Every character feels like a real person, especially Jenna.
