when i saw Mr Nield turning around and pulling face I was tihnkning wow that's disrespectful,  also thought it was setting a bad example for us students because it was rude and just not okay to do to your colleagues/students.
My advice for the teachers are stop, chill out and talk like adults and not like 5 year olds because it's just embarrassing for you guys especialy in front of a class full of students. I also thought they need to work on their communication and collaborative skills because doing this is not good and it's just rude

That kind of behavior in a learning space can negatively affect students learning, and can also prompt students to act in a similar way.

Working on communication skills.
Building team work and collaboration skills.

What I saw was an example of a group who lacked communication and collaboration. 
What I feel;
I felt almost uncomfortable to be in a situation to see people argue. In a situation where the people we are supposed to observe and listen to are arguing it becomes uncomfortable and confusing.
My Advice;
My Advice for this team is to have good communication and try and plan events out properly. What i Felt: I felt a sense of non-Communication and that affected the team productivity and wasted valuable minutes on arguing when they could come back later and talk about it, I felt that some of the team members were doing absolutely nothing and were using the other people to get grade (so they can play game, do nothing etc)
What the team would have done better:  They could have talked about date lines and if emails had been sent if they haven't seen them, inform them, not argue with them. This team was not very effective and needed more communication from everyone to be successful.
