When I first start to eat my burrito I am feeling a very high level of satisfaction, but as I finish my burrito I am full so that satisfaction is still high, but lower then when I was hungry. I would not order a second burrito, as it would be a waste of money since I will not be getting any satisfaction out of it, which shows how the more of something you get it can diminish its marginal utility.

A great example of Diminishing marginal is a plate of nachos with carane asada! I went to my near taqueria to get some nachos. So I order some and went I took the first bite yummy I was about to faint! But after i after I ate the whole meal it was getting a little satisfied because the more you eat the less you don’t want it! That is a example for diminishing marginal so next time I go somewhere I’ll just get a smaller meal.

Public parks are non-rival because more than one person could be at the park at the same time without any competition and it is non-excludable because no one can be denied the right to enjoy the public park.

Alicia Mendez. This picture shows diminishing marginal utility, as you can see in the picture, the first bag of candy puts a big smile on my face but with the second bag of candy the smile is smaller and with the third bag of candy the smile is even smaller than with the second bag. The marginal utility received by this good reduces with every additional bag of candy.

Me and my girlfriend at a fundraiser that the Stan State Ag program put on is a good example of diminishing marginal utility. There is a set fee to get in and you are able to consume unlimited wines and foods. As you consume more of the free food and wine from the dozens of booths available your satisfaction level goes down. Marginal utility goes down as the night goes on and more is consumed.

An example of diminishing marginal utility are Starbucks drinks. Even though sometimes it may seem that many of us are ripped off with the large sizes and the subsequent little percentage of drink actually in the cup, it is rather in the best interest for us. There is actually a time when there can be "too much" of a drink and this is when diminishing marginal utility takes place. As we drink more and more of a certain drink, our interest peaks and starts to decline rapidly. We become rather disgusted with the sight of that drink and just try to get ourselves away from it.
