Shakespeare was born in a small country town :Stratford-upon-Avon at the time of Queen Elizabeth I Tudor.
His father John was a wool merchant,his mother Mary Arden was the daughter of a farmer.
Shakespeare went to the local grammar school.
At the age of eighteen he married Anne Hathaway and they had three children:Susanna,Judith and Hamnet.
Between 1585 and 1588 he went to London to work as an actor and writer.
He wrote old stories,comedies,history plays and great tragedies,beautiful sonnets and he invented 2000 words which became part of the english language .
He made a lot of money and won the admiration of Queen Elizabeth I.
