The Judical branch is the one with the Supreme court.  The supreme court has 9 judges on it.  The judges get to serve their term for however long they like.  Once they have the position, they can keep it until they retire or pass away.  

The people in the Judicial branch get to decide if someone has broken a law or not.  They also get to find out the meaning of laws that are in the consitution.
