         <title>Judicial Branch</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Group: John, Naudia, Maxwell, and Tami.<br><br>The Judical branch is the one with the Supreme court.  The supreme court has 9 judges on it.  The judges get to serve their term for however long they like.  Once they have the position, they can keep it until they retire or pass away.  <br><br>The people in the Judicial branch get to decide if someone has broken a law or not.  They also get to find out the meaning of laws that are in the consitution.<br><br>Two people that are a part of the Judicial Branch are Elena Kagen and Anthony M. Kennedy.  They are both judges on the Supreme Court.</div>]]></description>
