It allowed me time to work on my big rocks, strategic planning work, and hold a meeting that couldn't be scheduled at another time if I really needed.<br><br>Downside: depending on your role (i.e. student-facing) not all team members could participate in this; I found that not everyone in the organization was following this norm so we there was inconsistency meeting scheduling</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The full team zoom chat is really helpful as our team and individual chats. As a new employee it was somewhat challenging to figure out what should be used for what purpose - and all of the channels available. Zoom overall is really great to have meetings, chat, calls in one place - and having the integration with Outlook.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Upside: I liked these "norms" and think that having&nbsp; set of criteria that people can follow/be held accountable to is really important as we navigate a hybrid work culture<br>Downside: it still feels like information "overload" is an issue so regardless of having the criteria, some folks are still not reading or seeing all of the information that is shared (i.e. Monday emails vs. email vs. chat). </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think this was well intended, but will need reiteration, especially for those who work with students. My experience with this was, during a heavy student meeting season for my team, all of our Wednesday staff meetings got moved to other days. This caused scheduling issues for students as it meant that, if they could not meet with me on Wednesday, then there was very limited options on when they could meet with me. It also caused Wednesdays to be particularly intense. Eventually, it became so much of a barrier that some staff and I just started allowing Wednesday meetings because it was the only time we could get together</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Since managers/leadership team members are usually the ones holding/hosting meetings, I think there needs to be clearer accountability on whether we are using a clear structure/format. I am still attending meetings where i'm not being sent agendas and/or there aren't clear outcomes for the meetings. Maybe a collective management training on this? </div>]]></description>
