My experience with this was, during a heavy student meeting season for my team, all of our Wednesday staff meetings got moved to other days. This caused scheduling issues for students as it meant that, if they could not meet with me on Wednesday, then there was very limited options on when they could meet with me. It also caused Wednesdays to be particularly intense.
