How does trade connect the world?
- Trade connects the world by allowing various nations to create interconnections between each other. This allows for the 'global flow of trade' to occur, whereby goods and services are traded across borders several times to several different countries before the final production of a good is formed. For instance, Australia might export Iron ore to japan, who turns this into steel and exports it to China, who uses the steel to make bolts- and then exports this final product to all nations around the world.
