My intention with this is the goal will be similar to passing a field test or certification test. To understand is to be able to actually do something in the field. A second layer, LWBAT create an effective course design when their assessment tools and objectives match up, so that minimum 80% stakeholders involved report satisfaction and success when surveyed (written). Stakeholders will be sponsors, administration, students. Or, Learners have created an effective course design when "traditions, politics, and predilections of decision makers” are addressed to the satisfaction of all stakeholders (Brown & Green, 2016, p.93).
