Unbreakable Smile mixes Pop, R&B, Acoustic and Contemporary which is something that many artists cannot do, at least not very well. The title comes from the lyric of a song on the album as track number 2 , but Tori says she thinks it’s a unique way to describe all the different influences for this album and how they all coincide with another. Tori has several ballads on this album. Tori has always been proud to announce that she grew up listening and singing to gospel music, “ so the fact that Kirk Franklin took [her] under his wing was a dream come true”(Vibe 2018). Help Us to Love acknowledges all of the problems that are going on in the world today, one big factor being, the lack of love in today’s society. Tori Kelly has always been one for making the world a better place and has never steered astray from portraying such things in her music.

In this six track EP, Tori sings about happiness, fame, and love. Surprisingly this EP follows the theme of the album title, that being Tori, herself, wrote, produced, engineered, and recorded the EP by herself in her bedroom under her own self-made record label entitled Toraay Records. There are several different music styles incorporated in this album which gives it a fresh feeling when listening to each song, allowing no room for boredom when jamming to the entire EP.
