    Students must consult their tutors on the chosen report and obtain tutor’s approval before proceeding to prepare for the Project

    Students are to work in groups of 3-5 persons; search for a newspaper report on a local case on any area of Law of Contract, Agency, Law of Tort, Company Law, Law of Business Organisations or Intellectual Property Law.

    Students will then present the chosen report during tutorial in Term 2(Week 17) in the following format within 20 minutes.
    -                Brief facts of the report
    -                Areas of law involved (eg relevant decided cases which are similar)
    -                Apply the law to the facts reported 
    Conclusion (can include own comments, opinions and reflections on the case)
