I knew the profound impact that culturally safe practice has on providing evidence-based care. It is beneficial to me during my nursing practice since integrating cultural knowledge into my practice not only helps me to understand the diverse background of my patients but also adapts my clinical approach to meet their unique needs. I aim to offer more effective, respectful, and personalized care, ultimately enhancing the therapeutic relationship and improving health outcomes.

Migrant and Refugee Women's Health Partnership.
