The aspect of the partnership with TENS that were beneficial was to work in small groups to give meaningful feedback. Another aspect of the partnership was the time to answer questions that the student teachers had about teaching different grade levels or content areas.

A part that could be strengthened would be to stress the importance of the video for the windows protocol. The student teachers seemed to not understand the importance of the different components of the lesson. So, showing them what to highlight in a lesson would be beneficial.

An area that could be improved is to have some sort of rubric for all observers to use. This way the feedback can be more specific and so that the buddies can highlight those areas in their lessons and get constructive feedback on areas of improvement.

Although students explained what their lesson was supposed to be, their videos were so short that we did not see any of their learning intentions. So giving meaningful feedback on the actual lesson was challenging.
