This means that the government would struggle to meet all the needs and wants of the people to benefit the society such as their different opinions, perspective, biasness and motivations that is a major factor to consider in making decisions that can balance those factors so as to have most of them satisfied while allowing minority to understand the urgency and importance of that decision they made for the better good of the society.

This means that, with great unsurprise, the son has a different opinion and dislike the government act of demolishing the cemetry and spending billions of the tax payers money on artificial building. This means that, the government faces challenge from the conservative people and also the taxpayers whose money is spent on artificial buildings to gain profit. The government faces challenge of choosing trade-offs between old heritage and new infrastructure and also faces challenge between the conservative and the progressive. I know this as Source b states that the Singapore government tears down important places like Bukit brown, a cemetery since the 1800s, and spend billions of dollars on artificial gardens like gardens by the bay for profits.
This means that the Singaporean government does not think about historical importance of places before gaining profits. for the future. This shows how Singaporean citizens prioritise historical importance and the Singaporean Government prioritise the future of the country.
