In reality, it could be a sign of respect, thoughtfulness, or fear of making mistakes due to cultural norms.<br><br>3. Teacher can identify the rules and expectations from the students, so &nbsp;that everything will be clear for the students and they won't think that they're disresoecting the teacher by asking questions or answering them</p></li></ol><p><br/></p><ol start="4"><li><p>4. Mixing "silent" students with the students from US or Germany in a group, so that they can help or affect the "silent" ones to engage in activities. Another idea is to make some activities in the clasroom in which the students have to answer very quickly to move on tho the nwxt question. Therefore, Hiroshi can get used to give quick answers and can see that making mistakes is not the end of the world</p><p><br/></p></li></ol><p><br/></p>]]></description>
