         <description><![CDATA[<div>The first ship sunk due to Germany's submarine warfare was the Lusitania, which was sunk on the coast of Ireland. 1,198 people die, including 128 Americans. Because of this, American public opinion was against Germany. After, Germany sunk another ship, called the SS Arabic.&nbsp; America sends Germany a warning to stop their sinking of passenger ships and Germany accepts. Then they sink the Sussex Ultimatum, in which 80 die and 4&nbsp; Americans on that ship die.</div>]]></description>
