It is based in part on the work of people who trained moderators for corporate webinars.

#1 - Rick  - Your slide deck - I have the same challenge and would love to see what you do as well - I have worked with corporate webinars - and I don't think I'm as successful transferring this to my term long online classes - faculty training tips would benefit me as well - I'm co-chair of our Faculty Development committee, so I'm always looking for help :-D
