         <description><![CDATA[<div>It is believed in Jordanian education system that the two classroom management skills that every teacher should know are imposing Control and discipline. They believe the words may sound similar but have different meaning. Classroom Management refers to routine actions used by teachers to keep class quiet and smooth and discipline refers to the process and strategies used by the teacher to deal with in correct actions and behaviors conducted by students. In Jordanian school system instructors focus on maintaining the class environment by leading the activities and to achieve the educational goals he has planned. The other basic class room management skill is that student should be aware of activities and weekly lesson plans beforehand.
