I have been working as an English teacher for over 20 years now, but I'm not so experienced with the online projects. I really like teaching young people and I also learn lots of things from them. I'm an English teacher at Toki Yahya Kemal Multi-programmed Anatolian High school. I have been teaching English for 21 years. Our school has a vocational part and also an anatolian department. We have over 1000 students who come from different parts of Tuzla district in Istanbul. This is our first experience in etwinning. 
I worked in a Comenius project between 2005-2007. I like doing projects with my sutdents. It's a fruitful experience for me and my students. I believe students learn better when they share their learning experience with their peers, that's the reason I decided to start a project on this platform. 
We met Nilgün (my colleague in this project) in an etwinning seminar. We decided to do the project together. I appreciate her contrubitions for the project. She works at another school in Tuzla but we always discuss about the project activities. 
I'm also grateful to Cansel who works with me at the same school. She is also an English teacher at our school. She contributed a lot to this project.
