I will be playing the piano on this song as it is heavily piano based. Its all mostly chord based and at certain points in hit the keys harder to emphasise certain bits. There's an interlude in this song where it transitions to a completely different section where i just play random keys on the piano in no order until it crescendos. as well as Snap Out Of It, the performance will look the same as its the same setup.  

Snap Out Of It - Arctic Monkeys:
In this song, i will also be playing piano along with Andy on guitar, James on drums and Tom on bass. the song is quite minimal and is quite heavily piano based. throughout the verse one note in the chords chromatically descends in a pattern. Obviously i wont be moving on stage because i have to sit down and because Andy is playing acoustic, we will all be sat down because its a stripped back version.

We mainly rehearsed Snap Out Of It as we were being analysed at the end of the session. We'd all learned our parts pre this session so it didn't take us long to get the song down. We thought this song would suit our setup because we have all the instrumentation for it. We also had a run through of A Day In The Life and Carnation as we weren't sure which one we were going to do at that point. We played one of Cates original songs which i'd only ran through a couple of times before the analysis. Overall i think we did a good job on it and there weren't any mistakes but the at times the timing was a little shaky. I didn't get to rehearse with Andy, James and Tom this week because not all of the members were present. I managed to pick it up quickly and it didn't take many run throughs before i was able to get it. I was originally shown a particular bass line to play but upon playing it with the band i noticed that it wasn't really working with the drums so i adapted the bass line to lock in with Joel's kick drum pattern. We did Hellcat Spangled Shalalala and Library Pictures by Arctic Monkeys. Tom messaged me in the week prior to this telling to learn them so we'd all learned our parts therefore it only took us a few run throughs to get it right.
