         <description><![CDATA[<div>According to National Dissemination Center for Children with Disabilities, NICHY (2010), “Eating disorders are characterized by extremes in eating behavior—either too much or too little—or feelings of extreme distress or concern about body weight or shape.”<br><br>Eating disorders typically affect females versus their male counterparts and usually develop during the adolescent and early adulthood years versus during the older ages. According to National Eating Disorders Association (2015), NEDA, eating disorders are typically co-morbid with other ED conditions such as depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and anxiety. <br><br>Within the eating disorder “umbrella,” the three most common eating disorders include: Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder. </div>]]></description>
