I believe that assessment is important for both teacher and student and is a process that can be done by the both participants in learning. Not only, these attempts in Greece are individual and only depend in the teacher's disposal and ambitions, but we have a terrible system where childrens are forbidden to bring laptops, tablets and smartphones at school. So, if the school doesn't have the appropriate technology to support the project needs, which usually doesn't, children are left without a practice part. I believe that Mathematics is a subject where key skills can play an important role to the futures of the involved students. Thinking, undetstanding, collaborating, analyzing... these are some of the values they are available to approach, while participating on this project. I like the NON -exams approach to solving problems, using scenarios to chose the most effective solution. I appreciate how teachers and students collaborate and interact. In future, all the results of this curriculum can be found as it's a great preparation for the university.
