My goal could be to organize a campus-wide campaign to educate faculty and staff about the unique challenges faced by undocumented students, promoting a more inclusive environment and encouraging the implementation of supportive policies.

Sharing with students our Undocufriendly Scholarship Spreadsheet containing both 3rd party and institutional scholarships. Along with this, we can host application workshops to support students in submitting.

First year taking on this task so my main goal will be to connect with our 3 counselors and provide them with all the necessary tools. Becoming a liaison for our students is on my list as well!

I appreciate the collaboration and sharing the opportunities to our Chicago youth. As my second year with NUSA and as a DREAMer specialist, I want to normalize talking about undocu in the school to provide an open and safe space for the students.
