Solution: The camera is configured to have the ISO is manual. The ISO is very high (superior than 400, since from that ISO will very white if there is much light) You have to accommodate the ISO or aperture remove it from the camera to less light and photography isn't burned or white.
Another easiest and simplest method is to put your camera in automatic mode so you wont have to be accommodating in every time you go to take the picture.

Solution: Read the manual dummy (joke).

The problems with the focus are shared with different factors, like low ilumination or an object situated in an incompatible focus distance with our lens.

First, you need to use a smaller aperture. When you reduce the number "f"
also u're enlarging the depth of field, so the outfocus it's more clear/shape.

Second, you should focus on the bright/luminous point. Sometimes the auto mode doesn't work how it should, so you can't depend all time of it. You should use the spot focus.

And thats it's all! See ya!

Solution: It could be because the focal distance is incompatible with the lens, or because you hace a limited brightness, a factor that affects directly in the quality of the picture.

When you're in this situation, you may resort to manual focus and use a smaller diaphragm aperture. Another possibility is to use a punctual focus, and locate most of the bright area of what you want capture.
