In my opinion, yes experience is important thing to become a successful leader. because the experienced leader have more knowledge about different situations and how to deal with variety of problems, also how to treat the employees with different level of experience. Whereas, many of new leaders may lack of experience and may not be able to solve many organization problems in their first time job. So, experience is very important factor for becoming affective leader

Experience also make the leader aware of a proper solution for any problem he is facing because he is having enough experience to deal with any situation.

anyone can be a leader by taking a leadership courses, but they should have a lot of experience to be a successful leaders,

they have to know how to deal with their followers in many different situations,

and the only way to be able to deal with all situations is to have an experience to know how exactly to deal with the problems.

Leaders should have a lot of courses and sessions to improve their leadership style and personalty.

I think that the companies look at educated people for several reasons. Being educated and having a degree can get you an interview, you are looked upon as a well rounded individual who has completed something he started. Depending on your level and type of education it can make the difference in getting the interview and the position. They also use it as a tool to eliminate candidates if you don’t have a formal education. After you have 10 or more years  experience having a proven track record of success is all they are interested in. They look to cut the learning curve. They want you to hit the floor running. So you earned it and it can open doors, but practicing great leadership skills keeps your company growing and you in business.

In my opinion I think to become a successful leader first hey should have experience, because if the young leader don’t have any experiences they will not be able to act correctly in any situation that will face them. On other hand, if the leader has experiences, he will be able to solve and act correctly in any situation that may face him and his tame as well.

In my perspective, I think that experience plays an
essential role in our lives which drives slowly into booming without mattering
how, when and from where they got this experience.

People can always get experience from their daily life routines
which might surely have been crossed by different circumstances  or situations where they were required to
take an immediate decision with no much options. They were taking a random solution
that might be often a right decision. However, by facing those kind of situations,
people are getting used to handle such hard situations and get a good chance to
strengthen their skills and competencies including problem solving, managing or controlling and get higher
confidence when dealing with similar circumstances in the future. Therefore, I
believe that experienced leaders are the one who can be a really strong leader
from the roots where they can get back to
their previous experience when facing difficult issues or problems.

On the other hand, young leaders can always get back to their studies while taking decisions where
they are not really sure about the results because they still need to cross
over the difficult process which most can be learnt from wrong
decisions.However, they still can be accepted when the leadership considers as
a part of his personality which comes naturally without learn it. For example,
Shaik Zayed was one of the leaders who owned the leadership style naturally as
a part of his personality which had increased by the experience and being
indeed with people.
