Dear Lord, You are wonderful in everything you do.
In marvelous ways You take the full,
rich life of the plant and carefully fold it into tiny seeds.
You form the seeds according to many different shapes and sizes and colors,
so that man can know what kind of growth will come of them.

Reflection:
I have realized plants are also one of the most beautiful gifts God has given us.
Without plants, one of our biggest food sources wouldn't be here. They also give beauty in our surroundings and even helping our environment. They give us oxygen and many more important things.

Dear Lord,
We would like to thank you first for helping us throughout our lives and giving us the plants and fruits you gave us next I want to thank the food producers and farmers for planting the plants Our Lord gave us. We really appreciate what you have done for us I hope you keep continuing it we will support you until the end with all due respect. We all will thank you for the rest of our lives Amen... 

Reflection:

I learned that we should  take care like they are made as glass and also learned that we should love each and every plant for it should always will be and that planting is hard.

Giving us a chance of life to enjoy the creation you have gifted among us without these plants there would Be no food. for us and no food for animals that feed on plants and there would be no oxygen to breathe.Please guide those who are. always ready to help others and make the world a better place by taking care of plants and help those who are in need so they can have energy to do the same and enjoy planting trees and cleaning the environment. My reflection:
I have learned to be grateful and that plants are important since they can help us in many ways and that we should care. for them i have also learned that planting is hard an farmers put a lot of effort into there work and i have also learned the benifits of planting flowers and other plants in your home.

 I have learned that being patient pays well.It is really hard to plant . But if you are patient it is gonna be fine .I have learned to be grateful since it is really hard . and you do not know if its gonna live or die .

Planting mongo beans was a good experience, learning how to take care a living thing, and in the end it rewards us with stuff used for making food, I really enjoyed doing this especially the process in planting. I really wonder how the others are going right now, like how are they doing.  All I can say about this experience is that it was a great experience. But it was challenging at first i didn’t know what to do i got confused but later on I got the hang of it. I have to wake up early to water and make sure not to forget at night.  I felt so accomplished when the plant starting to grow, I was so happy that finally all my hard work payed off, the mongo seed finally sprouted beautifully  and  once the tougi was long enough I turned it over to the kitchen to have it cooked as lumpia shanghai I am amazed how I am able to grow a plant and cook It as food

Heavenly Mother

I pray for the intercession for our farmers and food producers that has been working these years just to make food for us people I hope that you will keep them safe during this pandemic they have worked so hard to earn money and given us food to survive. Help them grow there plants and hoping that it will be fresh so it will be safe for us to eat and for them also. I pray also for everyones safety from this pandemic. Provide us with good weather, a little rain and enough sunlight so that  our farmers can harvest their crops on time, i also pray for the consumers  that they will be blessed enough so that they can  support thru their purchases, all this i ask in your holy name, our Queen and Mother , Amen

Please help the people avoid Covid-19 especially when they don’t have money to buy supplies. Please help others get a high score in their Master Tests and Exams. Please Help the scientist make a cure for this crisis and lastly Please provide supplies for other people and give them hope to win against this crisis

Growing plants for food is fun and economical. Though you need to spare some of your time and patience in taking care of it especially in monitoring the growth of your plant, but surely you will feel good upon seeing those growing healthy everyday.

 

Growing plants for food have lots of benefits.  These are few of them:

1. It improves your health since you consume fresh fruits and vegetables and reduces the risk of eating those that contain harmful chemicals.

2. You can also save money on groceries.

3. It is also a natural stress reliever since it gives you a great sense of accomplishment.

 

On the other hand, we must be thankful and always be grateful to those people who raise food like farmers to be able for us to be fed and enjoy an abundant supply from their efforts in raising or planting food for us. Always remember that being a farmer is one of the most noble professions of all time. Without them, we cannot survive the battle of hunger.

Dear Mama Mary,

We would like to thank you for always pouring our farmers with your motherly love and protection as they go along with their work everyday. For those people who have touched the soil, who have known it intimately, the feel of it in their fingernails, the taste of it, the way it smells after the rain. For those who have cared for animals, touched them, heard their cries, nurtured them carefully. Being a farmer can be a hard life, the bills don’t match the income, the weather doesn’t co-operate or the markets are fickle. Be with farmers, Dear Mama Mary, and particularly the farming families in our country, in hard times as well as in good times. Help us to create a society where farmers are respected, and compensated for their work fairly. Help us to personally be thankful for their work, that sustains us in the most basic way possible. AMEN.

 

Please help the farmers.They have been greatly affected by the typhoon. Many of their crops have been washed away. Help them that they may survive during and after this typhoon.Without them many of people may starve. We thank the farmers for supplying us food.They have worked very hard. Their plants have also helped the environment. They have done many wondrous things so from the bottom of my heart please help them,AMEN.

REFLECTION
In performing the monggo sprouting project it was an easy act. If many people will do this the chance of people to starve will lessen. If executing the monggo sprouting can help other people to not starve what more if we plant manggo trees, corn , vegetables , etc. This may require a little bit more effort but it’s all for a good cause. This got me thinking farmers do that on a daily basis. I think we need to thank the farmers more. I think we don’t give them enough credit for their actions. Many people look down on farmers but this deed is awful. I mean without the farmers what will we eat. The farmers play a big role in society. We shouldn’t look down on them because they work everyday under the heat of the sun to plant their crops for a living. The work that they do is so tedious but they just push their body to do it. Many children don’t really know how hard they’re work is. I say I want to teach them the hardship the farmers go through so we have food on the dining table

 Just like the farmers, they work every day for us to be fed so this is why we need to help them. They work hard every day for their crops to grow so that they can have a good harvest, so that then can eat and have money and they do that by caring for the crops, like watering the crops frequently, by giving the crops fertilizer and they do that every day .And that’s why we should help them in farming so that they can have some rest and have a better harvest, if they have a good harvest, they have big profit, if they have big profit they can pay for their bills and for their food.

While doing the monggo sprouting i thought it was easy at the beginning turns out it wasn’t so i had to re-do the whole planting again cause i made a couple of mistaked while doing planting the monggo seeds...

Prayer:

plants provide food, clothing, shelter, and many other necessities of life. Without Plants there will be no food to eat in the world. Plants help to clean water too. Plants are also used for medicine to cure people with sickness. It also provide us nutrients, Energy and vitamins. Plants helps us too avoid Sickness. And plants are important because they are our source of food, Shelter, clothing, oxygen and many more necessities in our daily lives. And plants are important in our planet.

Prayer

Dear Lord, 

           Please Guide the farmers in planting more food and vegetables for us People to live. Protect the farmers from illnesses especially from heat stroke so that they can always be healthy. Help them to produce more plants so that we all people can live a long and healthy life. Please protect the farmers who produce food for all of us from sickness and tiredness too. And lastly please help them to plant more fruits and vegetables and keep them away from sickness.

While growing my mongo sprouts, I have learned to be happy with little things. I was very happy when my mongo sprouts were already growing and I also have learned to appreciate little things and be grateful for them. While doing this activity, I have realized the hard work of all the farmers. I now know that growing plants is not that easy and there are a lot of things to do and the farmers have more things to do like going under the heat of the sun every day and yet, they are not paid with a very big amount. I have also realized the importance of plants in our lives. Without plants, we don’t have food. Without trees, we don’t have shelter, without plants we don’t have things we have, without plants, we are nothing.

We honor and adore you. Thank you for giving the farmers a land to plant crops. Give them the strength and patience as they plant their crops and as they work to sustain the needs of their family. Help the farmers who were affected by the typhoon Rolly and Ulysses. May they not lose faith but may they have a stronger faith to you. Help them and protect them. May you give them enough water to water their plants and enough sun to shine through their plants, may they have a smile as bright as the sun when they have their harvest. May you protect their plants from pests and keep it healthy. I pray this in your most Holy name, AMEN.

    Hello everyone. I am Rojanna Fiel Jurado. What I realized while sprouting the monggo seeds was that the sprouts needs to be cared for and taken care of. They still need a lot of affection and if I didn’t care for them, they would have rotten to death. I also realized that crops and plants are important to one’s life; like how plants provide us with oxygen, vegetables and fruits giving us vitamins to strengthen our bodies. We should thank the farmers for growing these crops, vegetables, and plants for us, in which that we take into our bodies and take out the bad nutrients.
