Some facts about me would be that I love dogs! In the photo above, are my two dogs Dolly and Loretta. They are both named after famous country singers, chosen by my mom. I love these dogs more than anything! Another fact about me is that I love to sew. In this photo, you can see the bandanas around each of my dog's necks. Well, I made them! Which is something that I am very proud of.

When I consider my personal Nursing philosophy, I believe that Nursing is a lifelong journey of learning, reflection, and personal growth. I will remain open to new knowledge, advancements in healthcare, and feedback from my peers and patients. By committing to continuous education, I will be able to provide high-quality, evidence-based care that meets the needs of each of my patients.

Some of my goals for the future would include graduating from Loyalist College and passing the NCLEX. I believe I would like to start working on a medicine floor once I graduate to gain some experience for a few years before specializing in something else. My biggest goal is to work with mothers and babies. I have always had a passion for this type of healthcare and believe that is where I am meant to be in life.

I am excited for the journey ahead and look forward to growing both personally and professionally as I work toward my dream of becoming a compassionate and skilled Nurse.
