         <description><![CDATA[<div>The kids are really starting to see how all the different themes are connected to each other.&nbsp; One student said that if you don't give up and take the challenge then your brain will grow.&nbsp; Another student made the connection that even though something might be hard and challenging now, it eventually won't be because everyone can learn!<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Sharing from the parent book club happening before our PTO meetings each month- this month's topic is the same as the coach book- process praise vs. person praise.&nbsp; We did the same activity we'll do at staff meeting today- the parents were so receptive this this work and excited to be learning how to help their children grow their brain! One parent said, "I wish I knew about all of this when I was trying to learn math in school." We're doing important work!<br><br></div>]]></description>
