         <description><![CDATA[<div>Creative problem solving asks you to seperate your "divergent" and "convergent" thinking:<br><br><strong>Divergent Thinking</strong>: process of generating lots of potential soutions and possibilities, otherwise known as brainstorming. <br><br><strong>Convergent Thinking</strong>: involves evaluating those options and choosing the most promising one. Responses to all these creativity tasks are scored for originality, fluency, and flexibility.</div>]]></description>
