It was an extremely stressful and chaotic time for both me and my friends, and it was during this year that I got diagnosed with ADHD and anxiety. It was troubling, but also sort of a relief to hear, since I had been dealing with these problems hopelessly my entire life. It was during this time that I also started getting help for my problems (ex. therapy, medication).
