L: listen to other teachers opinion's.
E: engage with teachers and students issues.
A: always try to keep pace with country development.
D: drive positive and optimistic energy by encouragement.
E: establish new rules and always try to improve different aspects in the school such as new rule system, try new educational theories.
R: responsible of all school aspects and move not just set in the office.
She is brave and humble in all time with different situation.
Lastly, change her style to become participatory principal who have all the above qualities.
