         <description><![CDATA[<div>Drivers are only seeing a very small picture of what the student is going through and who they are. Recognizing there is so much more - potential counselor, role model, and influence and we forget that.<br><br>Small encounters where you see other drivers for a couple minutes, but mostly working in isolation<br>-break time (cliqueish and exclusive) - small group of individuals who drive the climate of the break rooms. Sometimes toxic, concerned they might become the focus of someone else's conflict<br><br>A way a sub might be treated.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-small group delivery method<br>-led by someone in curriculum or someone who knows how to get to the point.<br>-make the delivery as personal as possible (not vanilla or generic) so they can relate to it and own it<br>-team huddles (office staff) and then all-staff professional development and managers meetings [at least 5 times a year]<br>-5 or 6 offerings throughout the month and sign up for an opportunity - directly after shift, PD days, non-school days</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Student testimonies and stories are very powerful.<br>-HS and MS level particularly<br>-Break-off into smaller groups with students (Betsy, liaison, etc.) to answer questions and with secretaries. What helps them at school and what they need as far as support from staff and teachers? Interactive, personal, and real.</div>]]></description>
